1. Sistem harian<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Sistem harian ini biasa digunakan jika karyawan tersebut masuk kerja kurang dari 30 hari. Cara ini dipakai karena tanggal gajian sudah ditentukan dan tidak mungkin menunggu genap 1 bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Misalnya Andi diterima kerja tanggal 5 sedangkan gajian dilakukan tanggal 20 bulan tersebut. Maka tetap dihitung gaji pertamanya yaitu 15 hari kerja saja baru kemudian bulan berikutnya sudah penuh 1 bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Sistem bulanan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Sistem bulanan dipakai jika masa kerja sudah tepat satu bulan dan cara perhitungannya lebih sederhana. Tinggal mengikuti berapa aturan upah untuk karyawan uji coba. Kemudian ditambahkan dengan bonus kalau ada dan potongan sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
